Ingredients
  1. 3 cups mango vodka, chilled
  2. ¾ cup pepper vodka, chilled
  3. ¾ cup sweet and sour mix, chilled
  4. ¾ cup Simple Syrup, recipe follows, chilled
  5. ½ cup fresh lime juice, chilled
  6. 2 tablespoons water
  7. Garnishes: Colored Sugars, recipe follows, maraschino cherries
Instructions
  1. In a pitcher, stir together vodkas, sweet and sour mix, Simple Syrup, and lime juice.
  2. In a small, rimmed dish, place 2 tablespoons water. In separate small bowls, add Colored Sugars, if desired. Garnish martini glasses, if desired, by dipping rims in water, and then dipping into desired sugar. Pour vodka mixture into glass, and add maraschino cherries, if desired.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let cool to room temperature before using. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

Colored Sugars

Ingredients
  1. 1½ cups granulated sugar, divided
  2. Yellow food coloring
  3. Green food coloring
  4. Purple food coloring
Instructions
  1. In 3 resealable plastic bags, place ½ cup sugar. Add 3 to 4 drops yellow food coloring to a bag, seal, and shake until evenly coated. Add more food coloring, if necessary, to achieve desired color. Repeat with green and purple food coloring in the remaining 2 bags.
