Chefs to watch 2005

On August 29th, the day of Hurricane Katrina, we were scheduled to host our 2005 Chefs to Watch dinner. Obviously, the event had to be cancelled. The prestigious James Beard Foundation in New York City has invited Louisiana Cookin' to host this dinner at the James Beard House on July 17 2006, a triumph for our magazine, our chefs and our state.
