Serves 10 to 12 - 1 pound package of fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2cup sugar
- 1 gallon vanilla ice cream

Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar into the orange juice, whisking over medium heat in a saucepan. Add cranberries and simmer until the cranberries are soft. Serve over ice cream. Don’t try flaming it at home.
