Easy Blended Hollandaise

Instructions:
Melt the butter in a glass bowl in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat; do not brown.
Place egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and hot sauce in a blender and blend for a few seconds. With the blender running slowly trickle in the melted butter. Serve at once.
