Egg Salad Spread

Serves 4 - 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix thoroughly and spread on quartered (crust removed) white bread or crackers.
