The 2007 Chefs to Watch Dinner at Café Reconcile on August 27 was an event to remember! Guests enjoyed a delectable five-course dinner prepared by Chefs Stephen Stryjewski, Michael Sichel, Guy Sockrider, Alon Shaya, and Chris Nealy, our 2007 Chefs to Watch winners. In addition, Republic National Distributing Company provided wines for the evening.

All proceeds from the dinner benefited Café Reconcile, a non-profit project that provides at-risk young adults with the necessary skills to succeed in the hospitality industry. .
