Grilled Brussels Sprouts
- 2 pound packages or 4 stalks fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lemon
Parboil Brussels sprouts until tender. Melt butter in microwave, add juice lemon. Add lemon juice to butter. If Brussels sprouts are on the stalk, brush them with the lemon butter glaze and grill or roast in the oven, basting continuously. Or cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and skewer. Brush with the lemon butter glaze and grill or roast in the oven until some charring occurs on the outside.
