Makes 3 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Pinch of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup walnuts, ground into meal
Instructions:
Mix together first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Add egg white and mix well. Form mixture into little balls and roll each in walnut meal. Chill. Fry in 375°F oil until golden brown.
