Serves: Makes sauce for 1 dozen oysters
Pairings:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons amaretto, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons puréed mango, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream, or to taste

Instructions:

Place a raw oyster in a shot glass. Combine all the ingredients to your liking, pour over oyster in glass, enjoy!
