Perfect Frosting

Servings:  Makes enough for 1 dozen cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 1-pound box confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Instructions: 

Whip butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Slowly add sugar until frosting is light and fluffy. Fold in vanilla.
