Makes 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 ounce vinegar
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt, to taste
Instructions:
Combine ingredients, adjusting garlic salt and peppers, to taste. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes. Tastes better if refrigerated overnight.
