Onion Cakes

Makes 6 servings - 1 package puff pastry
- 1 cup cooked diced bacon
- 2 cups cooked diced onions
- 4 whole eggs
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pint half-and-half
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- Salt, white pepper, powdered caraway seeds, to taste

Instructions:
Line a half-sheet pan (11 ¾ x 7 1/2) with puff pastry. Mix all other ingredients. Spread over puff pastry and bake in 375º F oven until nicely browned, about 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
