Serves 10 - 30 to 40 freshly shucked oysters
- ketchup
- hot sauce
- lemon wedges
- prepared horseradish
- worcestershire sauce
- chilled tequila or vodka

Serve the shooters in shot glasses or small wine glasses. Assemble condiments on a tray and allow everyone to make their own cocktail sauce mixture to spoon over the oysters, then add a splash of tequila or vodka over each serving.
