Makes 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Scant 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups milk

 

Instructions:

 

Melt and cook sugar in saucepan over a medium heat until light to medium brown. Lower heat, add milk and simmer, stirring until well mixed and steaming.
