Apple Nut Cake Featured

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups red apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a Bundt pan with spray oil. Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla and mix. Add apples and pecans and mix. Batter will be stiff. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour until the top is brown and the cake pulls away from the pan.
