Peanut Butter Pie Jake Lodato

Adapted from The Lodato Family Cookbook by Frank Lodato Jr. and Julie O'Day Lodato

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Whip cream with sugar. Mix all other ingredients until smooth and fold into whipping cream until well blended. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and chill several hours.
