Ingredients:

  • 4 12-inch French bread loaves
  • 2 pounds pulled pork, your favorite recipe or here
  • 16 thick slices ham
  • 16 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 jar sliced dill pickles
  • Creole mustard

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cut French bread into 6-inch pieces and slice open horixontally. Saute pulled pork in a pan set over medium hight heat. Sear ham in another pan set over medium high heat.

Place opened rolls on a sheet pan. Lay 2 slices of ham on each sandwich and distribute pulled pork evenly over each. Add 2 slices of Swill cheese, and pickles and Creole mustard to taste to each. Place sandwiches in oven or press in a home panini press until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
