Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Boudin

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

 

  • 6 links smoked boudin
  • 12 strips bacon

 

Instructions:

 

Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap 4 strips around each link of boudin, securing each with a toothpick. Grill or fry until the bacon is cooked through. Slice the boudin into rounds, between each strip of bacon. Serve immediately.
