Bonnie’s Better Burger

Makes 8 Servings
1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
½ onion, very finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Tony Chacherre’s Creole Seasoning, to taste
1 to 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crystal hot sauce

Place all ingredients in a large glass mixing bowl. Using your hands, gently combine and form into patties. Grill or fry to desired doneness and dress with whatever you like.
