In your swizzle stick section, you might want to check into the mixologists at Zocolo Neighborhood Eatery & Drinkery in Shreveport, LA.. Aulden Morgan and Tyler Linden are mixing up award-winning concoctions regularly. I know they would be happy for you to drop by and taste for yourself one or two of their special drinks. Let me know when you’ll be there and I’ll join you! Cheers !
Thanks for the tip! We’ll certainly try it out the next time we’re in Shreveport!
Recently stopped in Monroe for lunch at Chris Bahr’s Cotton Restaurant. We were so glad. His Muscovy duck wraps as an appetizer are absolutely incredible. The Crab and Corn soup was likewise amazing. If you are on I-20 or staying in Monroe, make the time to enjoy his “creations”.

We’ve had some of their food before and really enjoyed it! Hopefully we’ll get to cover them in the magazine soon!
