In a rocks glass, place brown sugar. Sprinkle with bitters. Squeeze satsuma juice over brown sugar, and stir to dissolve. Add bourbon, stirring to combine. Add ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with satsuma wedge, if desired. Serve immediately.

Tangerine may be substituted.
