Simple Syrup
Yields: 1½ Cups
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature before using. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
