Sweet Cream
Yields: 1 Pint
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • ⅛ cup sugar, plus more if desired
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and sugar at medium-high speed until medium to stiff peaks form. Add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter whipped cream.
