Peach Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  • 2 peaches, peeled, pitted, 
 and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Instructions
  1. In the container of a blender, add peaches; process until smooth.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream, peach purée, and sugar, and beat at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
