Lemon Whipped Cream
Yields: 4 cups
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • Zest of 5 lemons
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and confectioners’ sugar at high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in zest.
