Two of our favorite cocktails come together in this festive brunch beverage.
Makes 1 Serving
- 1 ounce passion fruit juice
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- ½ ounce white rum
- ½ ounce dark rum
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- ½ cup Champagne
- Garnish: maraschino cherries, orange peel
- In a small measuring cup, stir together passion fruit juice, orange juice, rums, and grenadine. Pour into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with cherries and orange peel, if desired.
KITCHEN TIP: To make a pitcher of Hurricane Mimosas, combine 1 cup passion fruit juice, 1 cup orange juice, 4 ounces white rum, 4 ounces dark rum, 3 tablespoons grenadine, and 1 bottle Champagne.
