Ingredients
- 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Lemon-Basil Rub (recipe follows)
Instructions
- Spray grill rack with nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°).
- Sprinkle shrimp evenly with Lemon-Basil Rub. Grill about 2 minutes per side or until pink and firm. Serve immediately.

- ¼ cup lemon pepper seasoning
- 4 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried chervil
- 2 teaspoons ground fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a sealed container, and store up to 6 months.
