Ingredients
  1. 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  2. 2 tablespoons Lemon-Basil Rub (recipe follows)
Instructions
  1. Spray grill rack with nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°).
  2. Sprinkle shrimp evenly with Lemon-Basil Rub. Grill about 2 minutes per side or until pink and firm. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
  1. ¼ cup lemon pepper seasoning
  2. 4 teaspoons dried basil
  3. 2 teaspoons dried chervil
  4. 2 teaspoons ground fennel seed
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  7. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a sealed container, and store up to 6 months.
