Meyer Lemon Spritzer
Makes 6 Servings
- 8 sprigs fresh mint
- ½ cup sugar
- 1½ cups Lillet Blanc
- 1½ cups vodka
- 1 cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
- Lemon twists
- Club soda
- Garnish: Meyer lemon slices, fresh mint sprigs
- In a large measuring cup, place mint and sugar. Gently muddle, being careful not to tear mint. Add Lillet Blanc, vodka, and lemon juice; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a pitcher, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Discard mint; add lemon twists. Serve over ice. Add a splash of club soda, and garnish with lemon slices and mint, if desired.
