could you use frozen corn instead of fresh?
You can use frozen corn kernels, just make sure they are defrosted first.
They don’t sell that type of cornmeal here. How and what can I substitute?
You can make your own self-rising cornmeal by combining 4 2/3 cups cornmeal, 5 tablespoons baking powder, and 2 1/2 teaspoons salt. Enjoy!
I have a small group. What is the yield of this recipe? Five cups seems like a lot!
