Ingredients
- 1 (3-pound) Boston butt
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1½ cups Cajun Asian Sweet Chili BBQ Sauce, divided
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, such as Huy Fong
- Red Onion Relish, recipe follows
- 8 to 10 slider buns

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Rub pork with canola oil on all sides; sprinkle all sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 3 minutes per side, adding more oil if necessary. Transfer pork to prepared baking sheet. Brush pork all over with ½ cup barbecue sauce. Fold foil upward around pork, and place another sheet of foil on top, folding to enclose pork.
- Bake pork for 3½ hours or until fork-tender. Remove from oven, and let stand for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded pork and remaining 1 cup barbecue sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha. Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on bottoms of slider buns; top with pork, about 1 tablespoon Red Onion Relish, and a few cilantro leaves.
