Creole Tomato and Bacon Sandwiches
Yields: 2 servings
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Romaine lettuce
- 4 (½-inch-thick) slices Creole tomato
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, and Creole seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture onto one side of each bread slice. Top half of bread slices with lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Cover with remaining bread slices. Serve immediately.
